[School Sales Order Form.pdf] - This form is used to pre-order books prior to the event. All books will be shipped to one address only.

[Student Sales Order Form.pdf] - This form is used to copy and distribute prior to the authors appearance. All books are delivered to the school the day of the event.

[Author Brochure.pdf] - This brochure can be duplicated for any administrator that needs additional information about the authors and available programs.

[School Poster / Flyer for Distribution.pdf] - This flyer can be reprinted for handout to each student and enlarged for bulletin board posters.
